The history of Photography and the Camera

Met het begin van de 21ste eeuw, kunnen de foto′s worden gemanipuleerd en worden veranderd in menig opzicht gebruikend digitale weergave en technieken met computer. De digitale fotografie begon een significante verandering in fotografische technologie en veranderde de aard beduidend van fotografie. Tegenwoordig, is het aantal foto′s u kunt nemen veel hoger, zodat kunt zich u veroorloven om fouten te maken. U hebt zelfs geen voorbij van het huidige met gesloten deuren van filmbroodjes van een paar decennia nodig, maar kunt honderden de foto′s van uitstekende kwaliteit op een geheugenkaart opslaan minder dan een vierkante duim in grootte. Als dit de staat vandaag van fotografie is, wat kan de toekomst voor ons houden? De technologieën zoals hoge dynamische waaier (HDR) zijn weergave en spiegelende bezinning reeds ontwikkeld. Zij zullen waarschijnlijk de markt van de consument binnen de volgende jaren ingaan. Meer plannen op lange termijn op fotografische technologie omvatten diverse vormen van 3D modellering. Ongeacht welke één van deze technologieën u in uw digitale camera een paar jaar van nu zult hebben, is één ding bepaald: uw camera zal nog niet de beelden zonder uw begeleiding nemen. Kiezend het doel, zal de hoek van mening en bebouwend de foto nog verlaten worden voor u om binnen te behandelen en uit te blinken.

With the onset of the 21st century, photos can be manipulated and altered in many ways using digital imaging and other computer aided techniques. Digital photography has started a significant change in photographic technology and changed the nature of photography in ways that would not have been though possible.
Nowadays, the number of photographs you can take is much higher, so you can afford to make mistakes. Also, a photograph can often be remedied on the personal computer, even if it was spoiled by too much lighting. While that has made photography much more beginner friendly, it is still far from an easy hobby.
Photography has been present for more than a hundred years and yet new technologigal innovations are taking place even this day. Looking at it, one has to surmise that photography will continue to develop also in the future. It is never too late to get into photography, but even now it is too early to stop learning more about it.
Cameras have certainly come a long way since the early camera obscura. Today the digital point and shoot cameras used by many fit easily in one hand and are fully automated. You even need none of the film rolls present in cameras from a couple of decades past, but can store hundreds of high quality photographs on a memory card less than a square inch in size.
If this is the state of photography today, what may the future hold for us? Technologies such as high dynamic range (HDR) imaging and specular reflection have already been developed. They will probably enter the consumer market within the next few years. More long term plans on photographic technology include various forms of 3D modeling.
Regardless of which one of these technologies you will have in your digital camera a few years from now, one thing is certain: your camera will still not take the pictures without your guidance. Choosing the target, the angle of view and cropping the photograph will still be left for you to take care of and excel in.
If you are into photography, you probably want to get better at it. That requires practice – a lot of it. However, it is often helpful to be taught about the theory, too. That’s why online photography courses have become a popular method both for new photographers to get used to the art and for more experienced photographers to hone their skills. Another way to improve is to read guidebooks for new photographers. They help grasp the technology and the theory behind it.
